About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Brand Impact team at Equitable Life of Canada. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that align with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage the creative production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
  • Work with external vendors and partners to source materials and services that meet our design needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
