About the Role

Clearpath Robotics is seeking a highly creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. As an integral member of the team, you will spearhead the development and execution of captivating designs across various mediums, including print, video, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical and creative skills, as well as the ability to transform concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design projects.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of visually appealing design elements for a range of marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, presentations, and social media assets.
  • Develop design requirements in consultation with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, effectively communicating progress and seeking direction when needed.
  • Maintain a meticulously organized repository of content files, facilitating seamless collaboration and efficient asset management.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • A strong design portfolio showcasing your ability to design for email, social media, and print.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in professional graphic design, working on design projects for both online and print platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Knowledge of best practices for graphics and video content in various mediums.
