About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead the development and execution of captivating designs across various mediums. As an integral member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for transforming concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design projects.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of design elements for marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop design requirements and manage timelines.
  • Maintain a well-organized repository of content files, facilitating seamless collaboration and efficient asset management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, ensuring our content remains competitive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • A strong design portfolio and resume showcasing your ability to design for various mediums.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in professional graphic design, with a focus on design projects for online and print.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
