About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at ZAIKA INDIAN BISTRO BAR. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that reflect the latest culinary trends and flavors.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets and private parties.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is always well-stocked and efficient.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification.
