**About Us**

AudioSense Hearing, Balance & Concussion is a family-owned and family-run boutique audiology clinic that takes a holistic approach to audiological healthcare.

We work with patients of all ages, including children and adults, providing evidence-based clinical care to our patients. Our philosophy of care is centered around three key principles: 1) patient-first, 2) service-first, 3) healthcare-first.

We are seeking a self-starter with a positive attitude to lead our clinic's audiology services. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience working with both children and adults, as well as expertise in auditory processing issues, high-frequency monitoring, post-concussion, and aural rehabilitation strategies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Testing, evaluation, intervention, and treatment of hearing health difficulties
  • Developing and carrying out treatment plans based on assessment results for pediatric and adult populations
  • Providing patient education on hearing healthcare and hearing aids
  • Programming and fitting hearing aids of all styles, technology levels, and brands
  • Establishing relationships with patients, their families, and their healthcare providers

**Requirements**

  • Master's or Doctor of Audiology degree from an accredited university
  • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical audiology skills, as well as strong counseling skills for audiologic conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide patient education
  • Experience working with both children and adults
  • Highly interested and motivated individual with a demonstrated passion for Audiology
  • Ability to establish relationships with patients, their families, and their healthcare providers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and audiological software
