Job Summary

Hearing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Audiology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinicians across the organization to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide counseling on hearing aid options and other treatment modalities
  • Dispense and fit hearing aids, as well as provide ongoing support and maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing research and development of new treatments and technologies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Audiology
  • Licensed by CASPLO/AHIP as well as ADP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and counsel according to their specific needs
  • Analytical and attention to detail, with strong follow-through skills
  • Caring and compassionate customer approach, with patience and listening skills
  • Persuasive skills to influence outcomes
  • Accountability and ownership, with a results-oriented approach
  • Adaptable and organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
