As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our real estate business, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, and managing a team of professionals to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including developers, builders, and contractors.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our business remains competitive.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate development and sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, finance, marketing, or real estate.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
