About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be our go-to expert to connect customers with the perfect electronics solutions. You will work with people who need electronic devices such as TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, printers, cameras, drones, and video games. You are tech-trend aware and want to grow along with us in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. You are outgoing and have a great friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic solutions and merchandise
  • Actively provide customers with product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales
  • Provide customers with a positive and informative shopping experience, ensuring you consider the whole Home Entertainment picture
  • Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment
  • Complete timely stocking of products and ensure shelves and work areas are clean
  • Responsible for processing customer purchases, returned products, exchanges, service requests, and/or defective products
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers with questions they may have when purchasing, ensuring they feel confident with their purchase
  • Offer to back up the purchase of these goods with a service that protects them long term
  • Lead by example and foster an environment that encourages teamwork
  • Act with professionalism and integrity
  • Be able to stand for longer periods of time, moving/supporting 30-50lbs of merchandise
