Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Integrated Automotive Experience. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our national marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support national marketing programs, including project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain project templates, including purchase orders, communications, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project coordination references.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn/improve.
