Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top decision-makers in new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the territory, including fitness clubs, gyms, and other relevant businesses.
  • Sales Strategy
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop a deep understanding of iFIT's products and services, including our cutting-edge fitness equipment and technology solutions.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other businesses and organizations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the fitness industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
