Job Summary

STERIS is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans for territory/assigned accounts, including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and grow market share of all designated product/services.
  • Analyze and improve sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate customer agreements, leveraging the complete product/services offering from STERIS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-suite executives, MDRD, OR, and Endoscopy leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs, preferences, and purchasing habits.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel as necessary, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
