Pride Signs Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Programming Specialist to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the programming of router tables and channel bending machines, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
  • Act as a technical resource for the ACM and Fabrication departments, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure quality control and serve as an indirect leader to CNC Operators, including training initiatives.
  • Lead the technical aspects of CNC programming across departments.
  • Program machinery to optimize production schedules, enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish a streamlined workflow from design to manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement a cross-training program for operators to ensure comprehensive skill development.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Machine Operators focused on safety, quality, and consistency.
  • Assess and prioritize programming tasks based on production needs.
  • Monitor material requirements and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Utilize specialized software to create, set, and load files for AXYZ Router Tables and SDS Channel Benders.
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products and offer programming insights to operators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Analyze quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, specifically with router tables and channel benders.
  • College diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.
