{"h2": "Job Summary", "p": "At Héroux-Devtek, we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining CNC programs/documentation using Catia to produce product per Engineering drawings, ODS sheets and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering on methods of manufacturing and fixturing to investigate tooling requirements and instigate initial purchase of tooling

\u2022 Investigate and resolve manufacturing problems and instigate corrective actions and follow up

\u2022 Perform blue print reading

\u2022 Prepare solid model or geometry for tool paths

\u2022 Select cutting tools

\u2022 Plan machining processes

\u2022 Program tool paths

\u2022 Prepare Program Package (tool lists, setup sheets, and measuring tool lists)

\u2022 Verify tool paths on Vericut software

\u2022 Issue program packages.

\u2022 Tape proving on machine

\u2022 Program conversions (to different machining center)

\u2022 Program change requests.

\u2022 Revision updates and changes

\u2022 Rework schemes

\u2022 Check returned program packages and filing away

\u2022 Troubleshooting manufacturing processes

\u2022 New tool testing

\u2022 Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

\u2022 Understanding of AS0 and its impact on the position requirements

\u2022 Task Oriented with impeccable technical accuracy

\u2022 Requires to pass Controlled Goods Program background screening
