Service Manager Job Description

As a Service Manager at Paramount Services Ltd., you will lead a team of skilled technicians in providing top-notch service to our clients. Your expertise in facilities maintenance and equipment service will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in performing service duties, including maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through presentations, project plans, and contractual documents.
  • Interview, screen, and evaluate new service technicians.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate delivery of training.
  • Provide technical support and ensure licenses and certificates are renewed.
  • Work with the dispatch team on customer and technical issues.
  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor adherence to project objectives and ensure quality of service.
  • Facilitate management and departmental meetings.
Requirements:
  • Red Seal Certification.
  • Five (5) plus years of successful service management background.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the industry.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.
  • Ability to perform advanced level maintenance related tasks.
  • Problem solving and conflict management skills.
