Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail business and ensuring the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that all staff members are working efficiently.
- Market Research and Trends: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial success of the store.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations and Control: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and focus on client needs.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
