Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail business and ensuring the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that all staff members are working efficiently.
- Market Research and Trends: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial success of the store.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail business environment, requiring attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and a team player.
