This role is centered around direct sales, emphasizing cold outreach, lead acquisition, and closing sales. The compensation structure is commission-based with no limits, offering margins that surpass industry norms.

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in fostering business expansion by identifying and securing new B2B clients for our extensive range of security offerings.

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through diverse channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the security needs of prospective clients.
  • Showcase and explain Lotus Security's monitored security systems and CCTV solutions, emphasizing their advantages and value.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals that meet the specific security requirements of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to finalize sales agreements and meet revenue goals.
  • Provide continuous support to clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation of security systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position Lotus Security's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the security sector or a related field.
  • Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be bondable, capable of passing a criminal background check.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients effectively.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation activities.
  • Ability to comprehend and convey technical information related to security systems and CCTV solutions.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented with a strong passion for sales and business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $5,500.00-$7,500.00 per month, with additional commission opportunities.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts.

Experience Required: B2B sales: 1 year (mandatory).

Work Environment: In-person.
