Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Supervisor to join our team at The Shoe Co.

About the Role:

As a Part-time Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our store environment, fostering inclusivity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals set by the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role in maximizing store business results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitate achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve segment success.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Open and close the store proficiently.

  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
