Job Title: Part-time Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Sales Associate at The Shoe Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and promote a positive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to ensure seamless execution of store objectives and initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the success of the store.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
