We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Meat Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Meat Manager in all aspects of the Meat Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations in the meat department to maintain excellent customer service
- Ensure the meat department is appropriately merchandised, including tagging and pricing accuracy
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and receiving for the department
- Participate in the training and development of meat department team members
- Perform general duties, as assigned, including backup support for the Meat Manager

Requirements:- Previous Retail Meat Department experience
- Previous Retail Produce experience
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
