Job Title: Claims Field Technical Specialist

At Northbridge Financial Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Field Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Claims Field Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of substantial and complex commercial claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of commercial claims to determine the scope of damages and negotiate settlements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and mentorship opportunities for career development.
  • Manage a busy day-to-day schedule to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of field claims adjusting experience examining complex claims.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with claimants, brokers, and vendors.
