Sales Director

Brandt is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Northern Alberta. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Territory Managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability.
- Lead the Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with key customers to promote full product support offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels, as well as key financial metrics.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Territory Managers.
- Industry Insights: Provide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales management, with a strong background in the heavy haul trailer industry.
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a highly motivated team.
- Industry Expertise: Strong industry expertise and knowledge in the truck, rigging, and trailer business.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team Management: Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business.
- Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel as needed, with a recent driver's abstract and a valid passport.
