Brandt Truck & Trailers is seeking a Sales Manager for Northern Alberta, located in our Nisku location. This role is responsible for leading the Sales team to achieve annual sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive product sales through a team of Territory Managers
- Educate and direct Territory Managers to promote initiatives within the region
- Monitor key financial metrics such as sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability
- Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels
- Establish key KPIs for Territory Managers and monitor monthly
- Conduct regular sales meetings with Territory Managers
- Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region
- Engage with larger accounts in the region to promote full product support
- Provide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends
- Proven track record in sales management
- Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly motivated team
- Relevant combination of education and experience in the heavy haul trailer industry
