About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Spiffy Clean Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and meet our quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our operations are cost-effective and efficient.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Work Setting: Commercial facility, residential, or cleaning service company
  • Security and Safety: Bondable, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract)
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, manual dexterity, and combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
