Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Argos Pet Ranch. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives to help them improve their performance.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that customer service representatives are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that the customer service team has the necessary resources to provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the customer service team has the necessary resources to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
