Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Work under pressure to meet customer service standards and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer service and team performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
