Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • Client focus and team player.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a noisy environment, with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

The primary language of work is English.
