We are currently in search of a Senior Manager in Canadian Tax to enhance our tax practice. This multifaceted role will require collaboration with our talented staff and clients, focusing on managing tax provisions and engagements while driving the growth of our firm and our clients' success.

Our tax practice encompasses a variety of areas, including estate and trust compliance, personal and corporate tax planning, business acquisitions and sales, estate planning, and cross-border investment compliance. We welcome candidates with experience in any of these domains.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Tax Partners and senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provisions, and advisory projects, while developing and executing tax strategies for clients.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships at a senior level, providing high-quality tax services and insights.
  • Reviewing and endorsing technical research and tax planning proposals for both public and private entities.
  • Overseeing the preparation of complex Canadian corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, along with other tax-related work produced by staff.
  • Actively mentoring and coaching team members to reach their fullest potential.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhanced client service.

Salary range: Senior Manager: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum.
