We are currently in search of a Senior Manager in Canadian Tax to enhance our tax practice. This multifaceted role will involve direct collaboration with various staff members and clients. We seek an individual dedicated to a career in taxation, eager to take a leadership role in managing tax provisions and engagements, while contributing to the growth of both the firm and our clients.

Our tax practice provides opportunities to engage in a variety of tax and succession planning areas, including estate and trust compliance, personal and corporate tax strategies, business acquisitions and sales, estate planning, and cross-border investment compliance. We welcome candidates with experience in any of these domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Tax Partners and senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provisions, and advisory engagements, while developing and executing tax strategies for clients.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships; provide high-quality tax services and guidance.
  • Review and endorse technical research and tax planning recommendations for both public and private entities.
  • Examine complex Canadian corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, along with other tax-related work prepared by staff.
  • Actively mentor and guide staff to reach their fullest potential.
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced client service.

Salary Range:

Senior Manager: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum.
