Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Clients
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate service area.
Providing Information and SupportYou will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public, as well as recording and relaying information as needed.
Scheduling and Confirming AppointmentsYou will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as sending invoices and receiving payments.
Performing Administrative TasksYou will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
Calculating Billing ChargesYou will be responsible for calculating billing charges and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
Personal SuitabilityYou must have excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, and written communication skills.
