Job Summary

Flashbee Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation team and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on transportation operations, including metrics on on-time delivery, cargo handling, and driver performance.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members on transportation procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking of cargo, equipment, and supplies.
Supervision and Leadership

Supervise a team of 3-4 transportation professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the successful execution of our logistics operations.

Technical Skills
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
