About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Graphic Transportation Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize task management and workflow
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
