Gia Logistics Inc. is a leading provider of logistics and supply chain solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing logistics activities.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics activities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Supervision

The Transportation Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

  • Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail is essential for this role.

  • Client Focus: A strong client focus is required for this role, as well as efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach.
