Physiotherapy Specialist

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients with acute, surgical, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, OTAs/PTAs, and discharge planners to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current licensure with the College of Physiotherapy
- Minimum one year of experience working in an acute hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Satisfactory attendance and employment record
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. A moderate level of physical activity is required to perform the duties of this role.
