As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will utilize your expertise in geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and functional recovery. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques.
- Providing patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives within our department.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses:
- A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience working in outpatient settings is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
