Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the catering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and managing staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Coordinating food preparation and presentation to meet high standards
  • Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
