Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at PRIDE GROUP LOGISTICS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Report: Monitor the performance of our truck drivers and prepare regular reports on their productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to our truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Resources: Manage the allocation of resources, including trucks, drivers, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the logistics industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Setting: Dispatching.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
