Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Maharaja Truck Driving School Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and dispatches to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of services provided by drivers, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on departmental performance, including metrics on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a strong organizational ability
