Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 2668069 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and review reports on transportation operations, including driver performance and vehicle maintenance.
  • Train and develop truck drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including route planning and vehicle allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in transportation or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team of truck drivers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to coordinate transportation activities and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English is required.
