About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Receiving and Handling team as a Back End Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of inventory to our store shelves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Receipt and Inventory Management: Receive all product deliveries, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate product flow to store shelves.
  • Delivery Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
  • Inventory Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of received inventory, complete paperwork with attention to detail, and communicate with vendors as necessary.
  • Return to Vendor (RTV) Duties: Complete RTV duties, communicate with vendors, and ensure a smooth return process.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Physical Condition: Good physical condition is required for this role.
  • Health and Safety Commitment: A commitment to health and safety in the workplace is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.
  • Material Handling Equipment Proficiency: Proficiency with material handling equipment is considered an asset.
