**POSITION**:Client Service Associate

**REPORTS TO**: Chief Operating Officer

**LOCATION**: Hybrid work from home, time required in the office in Uxbridge, ON.

Opportunity to join a growing Family Office and private wealth management firm as a **Client Service Associate**. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing superior client service and administrative management for clients. Additionally, in this position, you will be collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer to support the operational and administrative processes of the firm.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide service and sales support to CHW Leadership Team and Advising Representatives
- Collaborate with CHW team in efficiently and effectively supporting administrative and operational processes for clients, including execution of new investment account openings, new client onboarding to CHW and related-party systems, and overall ongoing account maintenance.
- Provide proactive and reactive day to day client service, achieving high quality service standards and ensuring client's needs are fully addressed and met.
- Ensure all client documentation and records management are accurately and reliably maintained.
- Collaborate with Chief Operating Officer to support processes and systems for the firm, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Provide general office administrative and operational support.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry or Investment Industry; Family Office experience an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
