Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Xplore Inc. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Xplore's products and services to potential residential customers within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in proactive door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Xplore's products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Process orders and document customer requests.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Report intelligence collected in the field to your Team Manager.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of broadband services, telecommunications infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Persuasive skills, outgoing, friendly, confident, and a relationship builder with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Working knowledge of computer and web-based technologies - Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to travel during the assigned work schedule; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
