Sales Department Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Department Manager to join our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. As a Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
