About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at CAE Inc. As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement training programs to support employee development and growth
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to identify training needs and create engaging training materials
  • Deliver effective training sessions to support employee development and growth
  • Oversee the smooth deployment of programs and ensure they meet the needs of the company and participants
  • Manage and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and related training resources
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Practices, Human Resources Business Partners, and subject matter experts to understand and analyze the needs and issues related to improving employee engagement, skills training, and leadership development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Instructional Technology
  • 2-5 years of job-related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative content and training programs, both online and in-person
  • Familiarity with learning management systems administration (LMS), especially Workday Learning
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other tools of the MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of training design platforms (Articulate, Storyline, and Rise)
