Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

Are you passionate about empowering employees and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Talent Development Specialist to join our team at CAE Inc.

About the Role

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will work closely with the Talent Management team to deliver on the training and development roadmap, collaborating with external stakeholders, identifying training needs, and creating engaging training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including subject matter experts and training providers
  • Create modern, engaging, and interactive training content that aligns with company goals and adult learning principles
  • Manage and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and related training resources
  • Support the Talent Management team in delivering on the training and development roadmap
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Instructional Technology
  • ~2-5 years of job-related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative content and training programs, both online and in-person
  • Familiarity with learning management systems administration, especially Workday Learning
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other tools of the MS Office suite
