Talent Development Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our employees' development and promote an engaging employee experience. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to identify training needs and create engaging training materials
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions to support employee development and growth
  • Oversee and ensure smooth deployment of programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the company and participants
  • Manage and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and related training resources
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Practices, Human Resources Business Partners, and subject matter experts to understand and analyze the needs related to improving employee engagement, skills training, and leadership development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Instructional Technology, or equivalent combination of related training and experience
  • ~2-5 years of job-related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative content and training programs, both online and in-person
  • Familiarity with learning management systems administration (LMS), especially Workday Learning
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other tools of the MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of training design platforms (Articulate, Storyline, and Rise)
