Talent Development Specialist

Are you passionate about empowering employees to reach their full potential? As a Talent Development Specialist at CAE Inc, you will play a key role in designing and implementing training programs that drive business results and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that promote employee growth and development
- Manage and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and related training resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including training providers and subject matter experts
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Instructional Technology
- 2-5 years of job-related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in designing and implementing innovative content and training programs, both online and in-person
- Familiarity with learning management systems administration (LMS), especially Workday Learning
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other tools of the MS Office suite
