Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Superfresh Logistics Network Inc.
Job Summary:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, products, and materials from one place to another. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of goods, as well as ensuring that all logistics operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and develop specific plans to prioritize tasks.
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work, track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Perform general office duties, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
- Provide customer service, coordinate, assign, and review work, and dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
- Follow-up on issues with work orders, keep track of shipments, and have knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, and team player.
- Knowledge of dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and have a client focus, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, reliability, and accurate.
