Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our ongoing operations and administrative tasks within various departments. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Support: Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain calendars, prepare documents, manage supplies and services, and track progress and results.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as databases and customer database systems.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing special projects, and provide support to other employees as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English) Mandatory
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
  • Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience
  • Microsoft Office Suites experience
  • CRM experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate must have adept computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Detailed and have the ability to work independently
  • Internet research skills
  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
