The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director-Adjointe, coordinating meetings, events, and activities. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of the Director-Adjointe's activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Assist with strategic and operational planning, including preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Manage the Director-Adjointe's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit various documents, including presentations, reports, and policies.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
